Bump for later
Sadly, I think you are right. I always want to defend the police, but sometimes, they are guilty.
What a mess.
Don’t care. There is a war on, and my side isnt fighting back. The only army we have in the field wears blue and carries a badge. If there’s collateral damage, that’s what happens in war.
Unlike the so called wars in the Middle East over the last decade, this war carries a very real risk to me and mine. I want rules of engagement that keep my own soldiers safe, and if that means some of the other side’s “civilians” get hurt, well ... They should probably get their guys to call off the war, then.
That’s just about the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. What makes you think this guy was on the “other side” of any so-called war? Why are you OK with the police manipulating the scene after the shooting (moving the earphones), in order to make it consistent with their side of events?
You are a Class A idiot.
consider another profession before that attitude gets you in the same place the cops in this story are in. Not worth it.
She looks thrilled. I hope she grew to like it more!
All it takes is one nervous cop who is ignorant about guns.
There are a lot of police who are ignorant about guns these days.
50 years ago, police were expected to know something about guns. Now, especially with affirmative actions, you get a lot of gun-ignorant cops.
“I kind of blame myself, because if I hadn’t called it might not have happened.”
No kidding? Do gooders are the worst, like the neighbor that reminds you your dog barks.
I hate uncontrolled dog barking, and especially by naybors. Would talk to naybot first, and if not solved, then call animal control on naybor. Such slobs are the worst.
I do too, but my neighbor complains that my dog barks when someone comes to the door.....and the dog is in the house. It happens about 3-4 times a week.
Ugh. That’s a different situation. The naybor is then a pain in the a$$!
