Not denying responsibility don’t mean squat. Janet Reno took full responsibility for burning live children to death at Mt. Carmel.
The system protects its own. I’m not disagreeing with you, but after reading the comments on the Waco threads, are you sure that it was not a motorcycle club that did that?
The average time on reimbursement exceeds your life span.
It will get much worse, My FRiend, much, much worse.
Then I do hope you get your wish and the cops stand down in your town. It’s working great for the folks in Baltimore.
I don’t categorize people by what they say or do. I judge them by their actions.
The owned media likes to use the “words we say” as their measure of worth or criminality. It makes it easy for them to build up the PC rep or claim bigotry or hate crimes against others.
If these cops were decent people they would either fix the damage or pay to fix the damage out of their own money. It was their mistake
The woman should be glad she (or the dog )wasn’t home and armed and attempting to protect their castle. She or both likely have been carried out.
You also don’t apparently read articles. From the link:
“One positive about the raid that Salinas notted: Her three dogs inside the house a Rottweiler, a yorkie and a poodle were properly rounded up and left unharmed in the garage.
PBSO officials have yet to comment about whether such incident could happen on any property in the county.
And after questioning the accuracy of Gossip Extras story, PBSO Spokeswoman Teri Barbera confirmed the operation was a federal search warrant and PBSO assisted.
She also explained why Salinas found no PBSO deputy guarding the unlocked house when she arrived.
The feds called all the phone numbers they had for the homeowners, Barbera wrote in an email. The homeowners did not answer. The decision was made to lock the home and leave all paperwork necessary, including a copy of the search warrant.
Had the homeowner answered the phone law, enforcement would have waited until she came home.
As of now, the police treat us here in my town like human beings. We, in turn respect them and return the same courtesy. When we have knowledge of criminal activity, we inform them. We assist them when requested. We interact with them without fear.
This knee-jerk anti-cop ranting is what is inexcusable.
The cops will get around to you knee-jerk cop suckers soon enough.
I recognized the error of my ways almost immediately. Sometimes I post before reading the entire article - guilty as charged. Ability to edit would be appreciated.
The point is we need law enforcement that serves the citizens with respect and not some culture that it should be vice versa. My error is not the same as cops busting up the wrong house or shooting the wrong people. They need to prevent their PR problem on these types of mistakes.. My basic concern is that immunity from mistakes breeds absolute power and tyranny by those that should be serving us.

The only people who can rationalize police actions like these are a HELL of a lot worse than mere thugs or hippies.
