Which means he will just double down like he always does when his plans are stymied. Why would he follow this court's order when he's ignored all the others. ("Sorry, that was just a computer glitch....")

I find it odd that obama has complete disdain for the legislative branch of government. Yet he seems to have at least a minimum or respect for the judiciary. How long will it be before he extends the middle finger to the judiciary and completely takes over government unfettered by the courts?

Congress, by not taking any new action, has decided to allow existing law to stand. That is, in and of itself, taking action. Obama cannot force Congress to take action to override existing law.
