Ted Cruz 2016

Here's the "straight scoop" on the conflicting straw poll numbers ...
Today I sent the original story out (below) as a national press release to parties such as Drudge, Limbaugh, Levin, Hannity, AP, 15 major Florida newspapers, CNN, Fox news ... Washington Times ... many others.
I'm not surprised by somebody "getting the straw poll numbers wrong" /sarcasm-off ...
The FIRST thing I did upon arrival at the meeting was to copy the Candidate names down in my notebook, in the exact order as the "blue" Straw Poll Ballot.
That way, when the vote count was announced, I could quickly and "accurately" transcribe the numbers as they were announced.
Kevin Wright, a fellow attendee, was standing immediately to my right as the vote numbers were announced, and I was "indeed" surprised when the moderator said "30.7 percent for Marco Rubio" ...
I turned to Kevin and asked "30.7 for Marco" ?
Kevin replied, "Yes !" ...
all in the space of 10 seconds ...
after which I continued writing down the remained of the numbers.
I stand by my account, the famously "liberal" Tampa Bay Times notwithstanding.
I'm a Senior Aerospace Mechanical Engineer. I east and sleep "numbers" ... especially ones that are important and have a publicly stated value of "30.7 percent".

People in FL don’t know much about the Rubio record: I doubt they ever will.

Our only hope is that Cruz’s superior debating skills will push all the rivals into early oblivion. Nothing else can save the nation at this point.

Loveable Lindsey and Huckabee are there to keep votes from Cruz in SC in hopes that Jebbie can prevail and then follow up with a big victory in FL. But Rubio is checking Jebbie in FL.

Cruz is not my first choice either but it’s nothing personal. I think he would make a fine president. At this moment I just have a preference for another candidate. That said, if he’s the nominee I will vote for him without reservations. The thought of Shrillary, Uncle Joe, Fauxahontas, Marty O’Malley, and any other lefty becoming the next president is too gruesome a thought. Besides a President Cruz won’t put up with the likes of a John Boehner as House speaker and Mitch McConnell as the Senate majority leader. He’ll have them booted out of leadership which is only a good thing. Admittedly, my preferred candidate(s) may not have the guts to give Bonehead and McSellout their walking papers but Ted would.

As smart as Cruz is, I would rather see a Governor on the top of the ticket in 2016 and 2020 and Cruz as VP.

Yeah right! The only Governor who has ascended to the Office of President, in the last 40 years, that was a great President was Ronald Wilson Reagan. The rest weren’t worth a bucket of warm piss.

33.7 for Rubio came from John Stemberger, who I possibly mistakenly understood was president of the host organization. Perhaps his Florida Policy Insider is not the same organization?

Yes ... John Stemberger was the moderator ...
I STAND by my account of hearing John Stemberger announce "30.7 percent" for Marco Rubio ... Kevin Wright will confirm my account ...

1. Teddy Roosevelt
2. Jimmy Carter
3. Bill Clinton
Yea, being a Governor just automatically makes you a better President, right?

Cruz facing Hillary? He’d be branded by the Media as a bully and male chauvinist after the first debate. It will be Lazio vs Clinton Part Deau. The Democrat BS Media rules as always. The Gimmedats are already absorbing the BS on a daily basis.
