Yeah, I remember it. A Remington Model 121 Pump smooth bore, IIRC. Spent and lot of hours and bucks shooting at that line range. Fun times.

LOL! Maybe!

I’ve been using a spent .223 casing and pounding it with a hammer to punch out cereal box cardboard to make wads but it doesn’t last very long before it bends.

It’s been so much fun having a backyard air shotgun to keep the house sparrow and starling populations down.

Yep, 50cal was the one that got me hooked on the air shotguns. I’m on my second one. Maybe I’ll look to see what he used for wads.

Yeah, I forgot about gun broker dot com, they are a good resource to value your guns, but you have to watch the auctions to see how they end. They don’t publish closed auctions unless you have the url address.
