Ignoring the overall stupidity of such action. Would not such a plan require a formal declaration of war on Syria by the Congress? Or does Sen. Graham plan on declaring himself king.
How about sending U.S. troops to protect our borders and push back the invaders? Isn’t the function of the military to protect this country? And how long will we occupy S. Korea to help protect its border, but not our own?
