This photo first appeared on half brother Mark Obama Ndesandjo's website and said he's the boy on the right. Does the boy on the left look familiar? Supposedly, it's not little Barry but half brother David who's teen pic looks nothing like this little boy. Supposedly, David Opiyo Obama Ndesandjo was killed in a motorcycle accident but the Kenyan villagers freaked (according to Ayers' Dreams book) that the usurper was David in the flesh. His middle name means first born twin. So, where's the second born twin and what's the deal with the usurper's head scars?
I forgot I was dealing with the master of data dumps unguided by any discernible rational principle.
Calling the posting of a brief excerpt and a link a “data dump “ is hyperbole.
In six states, you are correct that anyone can pay the fee and get a copy of a birth certificate. In 44 states there is more limited access to birth certificates.
David is a fiction concocted to cover the picture of a second little boy as part of the family.
One of their few serious mistakes on the record is the failure to have agreed among themselves on an exact timeline for the legend that included David. When was he born; where; on what date did he die and where.
Thus you have them telling different people in different places dates and stories that are impossible conflicts.
The two boys picture was taken in late 1962 or early 1963 when the true BHO II and Barry were living together in a rental house owned by the real estate investor sister of Barry's true father in Boston.
The baby on the right (left on the image) is clearly Barry as one can tell from the several pictures as various ages.
The older darker boy on the other side can't be the David of legends with Barry as the younger boy as Mark recognized when he introduced the fiction. In order to support the fairy tale, Mark initially modified the pictures to change the appearance of the little boys--but the two boys picture was in circulation before he did that so the modification was obvious.
Further, you can find the montage of pictures somewhere on one of the threads showing pictures of the second boy at different ages together with Roman Obama and with the boy in the father son picture on Sarah's wall. No doubt who the second little boy is as an adult.
Malik Shabazz is apparently a fairly common name; it looks like there are also several Bari Malik Shabazz out there. I think Bari is also a fairly common name among the Moslems.
And I also think based on Michelle Obama's comment that Barry's true given name is Bari.
There is a fair amount of evidence of a person using the name Bari Malik Shabazz in Hawaii. I tend to think the story about the person in the auto accident as Bari Malik Shabazz in Honolulu is probably about Barry.
The timing of the record clean up by counsel (as they were cleaning up other inconvenient records about Barry in the run up to the election) suggests that cleaning up that event was part of the program.
That really doesn't prove much of anything either. But that is a name I would look at if I were looking for original birth records.
'David' makes his appearance when zero is mistaken for 'David' - whom he supposedly resembles to the extent that 'an acquaintance of the Old Man' mistakes zero for 'David' (who was killed in a motor cycle accident according to 'Dreams' when Auma telephones zero in the US to tell him about the tragedy...)

Mark's text only works if you accept the identification of the little boy on the left as 'David' - once you recognize him for who it is, the myth of 'David' falls apart.
The child standing with his father and Ruth is the dark boy on the right of the two little boys photograph, he's about five years of age, as he would be having been born in 1961 - and the child Ruth is holding is Mark, born in 1965,the year after Ruth arrived in Nairobi.
The child Mary babysat in January was the son of the Kenyan student and Anna Obama, he was photographed at the age of approx. three sitting next to zero, probably in Boston, after which he was taken to Kenya and zero showed up in Hawaii with his nanny, before being taken to Indonesia.
Both images appeared on the Ndesandjo webpage at different times. The tinted image first, replaced by the black and white and then removed.

The certification of the Electors’ votes is the final constitutional check on an ineligible president-elect “failing to qualify” as it states in the 20th Amendment. The Joint Session of Congress could conceivably invalidate enough Electoral votes to push the president-elect below the required 270 electoral votes.
Once any person gets to 270 certified electoral votes, the 12th Amendment states that person “shall be the president.” Twenty nine states plus Washington D.C. require electors to vote for the winner of the popular vote in their state.
There can be ‘faithless electors” (electors who can vote for whoever they want), in 21 states which is certainly enough electors to alter the outcome of an election.
Detouring around the data dumps and plastering of pictures ....
