So the Saudi’s give to another country who then deposits the money in the clinton bank account.

I’ll never forget one of Clinton’s boyhood friends, when Clinton won in 1992, said “Bill Clinton doesn’t care about money.” I’m sure his friend really believed that. Clinton has fooled people his whole life.

What I don’t understand most about people like him is “when is it enough”?

I’m not impressed when someone takes billions from another country buying influence then says they won’t do it anymore.

Me neither. Like those billions can't be funneled into the Foundation through another sympathetic or bought-off country.
