OK. I was talking about the animals NEXT victim. There WILL be one or ten or a hundred.
Just for the hell of it, I clicked the microphone icon in Google's search box on Chrome and spoke the quote. Google transcribed it as "he's going to learn in the next 25 years why I let him live" and immediately found the story.
Then I clicked the microphone again and asked "What is a 5-year plan?" Google transcribed it as "what is a five year plan" and spoke back a dictionary definition in a crisp female voice. Interestingly, it chose to spell out the number the second time. It's probably following the ten and below rule. The dictionary entry is titled "five-year plan".
