Pity. Had they been successful, and the case had stood as precedent in Colorado case law, the victim parents of the Columbine school shooting could have sued the FBI, since one of the sources of the 9mm ammunition used by the Columbing killers Harris and Kleybold was one of their fellow *Trenchcoat Mafia* members who was the son of an FBI agent.
