They’ve got checks and balances there, and they check state records for multiple prescriptions from several doctors, plus they have to take drug tests every month and they have to have ONLY and EXACTLY the right drugs in their system and in the right amounts. In addition, the doctor can make surprise calls and you have to come in immediately for a drug test ... or else be dropped.

I'm referring to his position on leaving mj to the states. According to prohibtionists, shouldn't that make him an enabler of the SCOURGE of POTHEADS, since his position kicks federal drug warriors out of intrastate marijuana involvement and paves the way for more legalization?
