I seem to remember the Obama administration gave Sebilious free reign over this law. She could do what she wanted to it and make changes as it rolled out. At the time, I thought that was insanity but it appears she's not the only one Obama feels can monkey with it when ambiguity rears its head.

but now boehner and company seem to be relying on the courts to bail out congress’s mis-actions on funding amnesty through funding dhs. the constitution is still there, but in effect the executive branch is functioning as interpreter and checker while congress and the ussc sit on the sidelines and point fingers. not so good.

Roberts will look at the clear part of the Obamacare law that bans subsidies in states without state sponsored exchanges like people see the color of that Internet dress.

Roberts, yes. After thinking constitutionally, he realizes the truth, that with Kennedy, the liberals win, 5-4. And they are notorious for voting in lockstep with the liberal agenda, indifferent to the constitution.

So if he cannot protect the constitution by just voting, then he will do so with strategy. Because he is chief justice, he determines who writes the opinion, *if* his vote is with the majority.
