I don't care about the legalities. We all fight the war in our own way.
You have my support. Just don’t get caught. I would do the same....but I am retired, thank God.
carrying a tray of cracker and dip samples
I’d be afraid to sample any food she offered.
When I go into Costco I would love to buy some lamb. But I can’t as all the lamb is Halal and a Jew can not eat anything offered to a idol (moon god) unclean. Next time I go to Costco I’m going to ask for Un Halal lamb. If they do get me some right away I will be getting a big settlement as I will take Costco to court. Maybe I will just go after Costco for religious discrimination against Jews.
I agree. I believe differently than you Jean, so stop treating me differently than your Muslim brethren and let me buy my pork!
Yeah , typical left. Probably a low IQ looking for easy money.
No business at all. The next president has to deport them orhe should be deported , and his family.
Guinness and bacon baby!
I, as a customer, would be really annoyed if some jerk cashier told me I could not purchase what was in my cart! Why are we even talking about this? Is he a "victim" because he cannot stop me from buying pork and wine? This is crazy!
Are Muslims taking jobs when they have a chip on their shoulder just to test and terrorize the system they want to change? Is he getting us ready for Sharia Law?
Or does he want CostCo to stop selling pork and alcohol?
Well Muslims are special don’t ya know. Since their satanic cult er I mean religion is above all others they get special treatment. The perpetually outraged must be appeased at all times.
These moozlum degenerates are insufferable as idiot liberals.
I fact, I bet if someone bought the property and threatened to reopen the place that they would be quickly bought out. :)
“In this case, the person works for another business that has sold these products for years, advertises them to the public, etc. So the employee had full knowledge that these products were a part of the normal business conducted by their employer at the time he/she was hired. When the employee refused to do the job for which they were hired, the company did not fire the employee, but gave them another assignment that did not compel them to violate their religious principles (an option not given to the baker).”
A BFOQ (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification) is a work requirement reasonably necessary to the normal performance of a job, such as being a certain age or gender, or having the ability to lift a certain amount of weight.
A BFOQ can be potentially illegal if it excludes a protected group of people - you know the groups.
However, if it is shown that the requirement is in good faith for the continuation of the business (like needing to be 21 to serve alcohol)the BFOQ would be considered legal.
I think that offering the cashier an alternate position would be considered a good faith effort on the employer’s part. Not sure that the employee has much of a case really.
According to Camara, his superiors at the Brooklyn Costco never told him why he was reassigned although its strange that he couldnt figure that out on his own after complaining he couldnt handle certain products.
He said he asked his bosses if he could work in the ‘electronics department’ but his request was denied.
Camara filed a human rights complaint against the company and was fired 16 days later for insubordinate conduct,
He hasn’t a clue hoow businesses operate....he wanted electronics...they said no...done deal..
And this guy would make ay retailer hesitant to hire muslims if they sue all the time...and they do!
Yeah! But! Netanyahu insulted this country so badly that it made Nancy Pelosi cry, and babble incoherently about how Netanyahu insulted this country! So, this Costco thing is the Jews’ fault!
Either bought out or some Islam lightening.
