Russian budget was passed with $8B deficit under assumptions that oil price averages $100 and inflation stays 5.5% in 2015.

http://www.themoscowtimes.com/business/article/putin-signs-russian-budget-for-next-year-based-on-100-oil-price/512521.html

Currently crude oil is below $60 and annualized inflation rate in January was 15%.

Rules for radicals, Saul Alinsky

From Gallup.com...

There are folks who "think" your response was not misleading because I ignored it.

Gallup International does polling for Gallup internationally.

Romir, a Russian "company" does Gallup International's polling in Russia.

The president of Romir is former KGB, Andrey Milekhin.

Alinsky indeed.

Although I'm not sure you understand why.

LOL.

So you think that Gallup is paying International for manipulated data?

You believe only what's in your playbook. You must have a little liberalism in your veins.

You must have a little liberalism in your veins.

There is nothing liberal about me. You resort to lying. You must be a liberal.

I simply posted the facts. Here they are again. Deal with them.

Gallup International does polling for Gallup internationally. Romir, a Russian "company" does Gallup International's polling in Russia. The president of Romir is former KGB, Andrey Milekhin.

You're obfuscating. Lets try again.

I'll accept your facts. So what does they tell you.

Pick 1

a) Putin has a high approval rating in Russia
b) Putin has a low approval rating in Russia.
c) I have no idea what Putin's approval ratings are in Russia.

You're obfuscating.

BS. Look at my first post.

I'll accept your facts. So what does they tell you. Pick 1

a) Putin has a high approval rating in Russia b) Putin has a low approval rating in Russia. c) I have no idea what Putin's approval ratings are in Russia.

In my first post I said...

"Putin is probably more popular than he should be in Russia. The vodka soaked people of Russia are liberty challenged".

We know Putin has an 80% approval rating because the Putin paid-for polls say so.

That is false.

As it was pointed out to you earlier...the polls weren't 'paid-for' by Putin.

So why don't you stop embarrassing yourself and admit you were wrong?

Actually you have no idea who directly commissioned the poll. Admit you are wrong about that.

So why don't you stop embarrassing yourself and admit you were wrong?

As I pointed out to you it isn't Gallup itself that did the poll. It's a Russian company headed by a former KGB guy, and thus the use of the idiom "bought and paid for" to describe what I think is a most likely link the poll has to Russian Putin propaganda.
