There appear to be two people that he is responding to in the video. One is a Muslim (Abdelilah Benkirane) and the other is Hindu (Navin Ramgoolam). No one else seems to be paying attention to him.

From fifth grade through high school he attended a non-secular school in Honolulu. While non-secular the school was founded as a Christian school and their mission statement reflects those value.
