Of the top five I’d say that Paul is the one most likely to self destruct. I think it boils down to Bush vs. Walker for the establishment and Rubio vs. Cruz for the non-establishment votes. And I just don’t see Rubio besting Cruz.

My first choice is Walker, but I could also support Cruz, Paul, or Rubio. Bush and Christie are unacceptable.
