Interesting...this is about the first thing he's done recently where he asked for Congressional approval. Normally he plays mini-dictator and just does what he Soros wants via Executive Order. Well Obama has zero represetation in Minsk Summit...which evidences Europe is going it without him. He talked big for Syria as well and every other nation he stuck his nose in without having a clue what he was doing.
