I got that ... in 1998! And boy ... that was a wonderful machine. In 2002, I got another iMac ... still have it, but haven't used it in about 8 years ... :-) ...

Heck! At my age, I think I’ll go before Apple goes!

Heh heh, I have no idea! I don’t know anything about Enterprise (other than James Tiberious Kirk’s Enterprise!) I just read an article about it on Mac Rumours.

And these people are infiltrated all through our society, are protected and theres nothing you can do about it. So then, in your view, since there is nothing we can do about it, we should support overtly homo CEOs.
To: Morpheus2009
Cook is the easy one to spot So, in your view, it's better to support overt raving queers rather than those who are not overt raving queers.
To: Sir_Ed
So how is this IBM/Apple thing looking to you so far? Any bets on iPads “taking over the enterprise” in the near future?
To: GeronL
How come IPads have no USB or SD slots? In no particular order:
- Card readers take up space inside the device, something Apple is trying to minimize
- Card readers draw extra power, while Apple works very hard on finding ways to enhance battery life
- Not a large enough subset of users are demanding one for Apple to want to change their decisions
- Apple strongly encourages people to think "cloud" over physical memory
- Removable media is an additional vector for malware
Whether or not you agree with some or all of the above design decisions, those are the reasons from Apple's point of view.

That means ... I’m going to buy what I want to buy ... no matter what kind of idiotic ideas you have.

Im going to buy what I want to buy But it's not so simple, is it? How much time and effort do you spend promoting a corporation run by an overtly gay CEO?
To: Ethan Clive Osgoode
I’m a happy customer of Apple products and am glad to have others on board, too! I am more than happy to tell others about the quality products and great customer service from Apple ... those very things which the free enterprise system here in America rewards companies when they do a fantastic job for their customers. That’s exactly what I like to see.

Just because you’re an Apple-hater doesn’t mean that all the happy customers of Apple have your twisted ideas.

I actually have no idea! I don’t “get” Enterprise, and I will never own an iPad. They lock down the file system so much that to me it is utterly unusable as a means of production.
For just emailing, reading Freep and such, my iPhone is fine!

Yes. Netflix and Hulu, don’t recall about Amazon on Apple TV. Usually stream off iPhone with Amazon Prime.
