Tweet from @bostonradio: 680 installed new morning drive show with former 4/7/25 TV news anchor Kim Carrigan and Chuck Nilosek,
They are saying “in for Kuhner”
>>That’s a soft launch. http://Boston.com elements to come soon
>>New hosts are saying ‘Jeff will return in a couple of days’. They haven’t said ‘Kuhner Report’ once in the first 60 minutes
>>Kuhner will be moving to 9-noon or 10-noon.
Oops gotta start a May thread. Anyway LISTEN LINE: (605) 562-6135. Howie says you can call to hear the show any time..and if you have
unlimited phone minutes you can take advantage. No
app to download,no data to be used up
Want to mention some other ways to hear Howie when
he’s on:
—if you’re near a Howie affiliate that’s on FM, some
mp3 players like Sandisk Sansa and Sony Walkman
do have FM radio
—Some smartphones have an FM chip.A free app,
NextRadio, will enable you to hear FM without
using data.So if Howie’s on FM where you are
(cape Cod, Maine, NH etc)...
—HD radio (portables $50 Best Buy,in cars, tabletop).
Some places offer AM signals on the HD2 or HD3
of an FM station.Signal very limited though. In
Boston,WRKO is on WEEI-FM HD2 (93.7...antenna
in Peabody)
I am guessing we’ll be hearing a lot less of Avi now that VB is hanging around, which is a shame.
