Yep. Make your case clear so that it may be judged accordingly.
It was a wash from the start so having the judge force them to be clearer
they'll have no choice but to hang themselves.

Lived there in the late ‘70’s. Then it was slowly turning left. Now, however, due to the influx of all the libs from CA and the like, it has all but become the SF queerville of the south. I escaped in the mid 80’s and will not go back. The libs are like the fire ant, once they get a foothold, it's dang near impossible to get rid of them. Poor Austin, she was once a great city.

What you describe sounds very plausible. Where can one find these decisions online?

Austin will be a great city again once these commies are washed out.
It took them 40 years to corrupt it, will take another 20 to disinfect it.

"As I recall"
You recall wrongly, so let me refresh your memory.
The original complaint was filed with DA Lehmberg's office but she recused immediately and sent the complaint up to a state district court judge who also recused because she was an ex republican turned democrat and the case was sent up to an appellate judge, Billy Ray Stubblefield who is a republican and appointed by Perry.
Stubblefield hired retired/visiting judge Richardson(republican) to hear the case and Richardson hired lawyer McCrum to serve as special prosecutor.
McCrum served as a justice dept attorney under GHW Bush and a few years ago the two GOP senators recommended that Obama appoint McCrum to head the western district, which Obama did. But McCrum withdrew his name because at that time the GOP was not confirming any Obama appointees.
You probably didn't get the memo, but Perry doesn't want this type of stuff you posted in the media anymore. It might have been helpful for a short time but within a day or two the details of how the GOP judges handled the case became public knowledge.
