Justifiable, imo, if a person is a suspect in terrorism or some criminal endeavor. That would be probable cause and would justify a warrant.

I use a VPN daily to guarantee no sensitive data are exposed when I’m logging in from home. It isn’t criminal activity. It does not constitute probable cause. There is no warrant. Butt the hell out.
