Newsflash, John, regular order is not delaying all spending decisions till September 30th, then delaying them again till December 12th, then forcing something down the House's throat just before Christmas so everything's funded until next September.
And we don't WANT you to use those from across the aisle! We want you to use YOUR MAJORITY! But that majority is mostly conservative so we can't use them, so let's use the democrats to get this legislation through and call it "working across the aisle."
