Have to give Jerry Jones credit - it did look like he tried to avoid the hug with his elbow but just got swallowed.

Last night, I cooked my first wok meal. I sliced up a ribeye, let it sear in the high heat. I then turned the het down. While it simmered, I diced up some celery and tossed it in the wok.
Turned the heat up and added a bit of olive oil.
Poured in a half can of coconut milk, using the other half for my pumpkin spice tea.
I let that simmer for about 15 minutes, then added seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic and chopped onion, and let it simmer another 15 minutes.
I was just pulling stuff out of the fridge.
But when I finished, it turned out incredibly tasty and made my cigar afterward taste even better.
Sounds delicious!

Rush, to make it up, when the Rush Revere movie is made, you are going to have to cast Rush Revere with Will Smith.
I was surprised at the end result.
I will need to choose a less fatty meat next time, because the fat got too chewy and made the meat hard to break down.

OK that is good but here are the keys to stir fry.
Chili oil
Sesame oil
Rice wine vinegar
Hoisin sauce
some soy.
Coconut milk is great with Thai curries.
It is good to experiment.
PS try using some soy to fry your eggs.
Just a little.

Staying away from chili stuff until my gut gets back into full working order.
Sesame oil tastes too nutty for me.
Instead, I like using coconut oil, but since I wanted to try coconut milk last night, I figured the coconut oil would be overkill. Coconut oil is being tested to how it affects cholesterol. Evidence shows that it reduces it. Plus coconut oil helped with dry skin...yes even taken orally since it spreads the oil through the body.
I will be getting some rice wine, but this week was too busy with work to head to the store.
I don’t like hoisin sauce. Tastes fishy.
Soy has too much estrogen.
I will try the egg thing, though.
It’s all good.
You use small amounts.
The yellow curry is mild.
You eat good.
