One of the changes the GOP put into place is dynamic scoring. With that you could set up a scenario in which the economy grew faster than government with government over time falling to below its recent history as 19% of GDP.
Even better, we need to use the Commerce Clause to kill all the deadly local, county and state regulation. If a guy’s wheat grown on his own farm for his own use is ‘in commerce’ then so are all those regs.
