WTF? Criminals & rioters. Blocking people trapping them in their cars? False imprisonment. As Will Rogers once said, "Your right to swing your fist ends at my nose."
Shooting them is probably too extreme, but barely.
The answers are simple.
He committed a robbery. He was stoned.
He defied a lawful order from a police officer.
He physically attacked a police officer in his car.
He tried to take the officer’s gun in an effort to kill him.
He charged the cop in a second effort to kill him.
He was shot dead in the street as any rational person would expect.
