I wouldn’t rule anything out, but it’s not something you would expect in Cairns. It’s a sizeable city (over 100,000 people) but there’s no large settlements anywhere near it, and the Muslim population is so negligible, it doesn’t even show up on demographic data.

I have a Nephew who is head of the crime lab in a Southern state.

I once asked him if having to work with bodies bothered him. to my surprise he said no with one exception.

A woman had killed her children. He said that one got to him. I can imagine that it would.
