or cigarettes or gasoline or electrical multi outlets, or bicycles, once that door is opened anyone that makes anything could be sued, gummy bears, chemical companies, tractor makers, that lawsuit has nowhere to go.
These suits are simply shake-downs, the likes of which Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton know well. It is far cheaper to settle for some small undisclosed amount than litigate for being in the right. It is strictly a business decision. I only hope the “judge” tosses the case before it goes to trial.

We now have a lawsuit that can replace the Google hit lawsuit that was quickly withdrawn..
These families showed lots of restraint.. and so did lawyers..
Almost Christlike in their forgiveness of everything and everybody involved that day except for a faceless corporation..
Gotta sue somebody.. can’t have the most famous school shooting since columbine have absolutely no lawsuits..
