Roe came on the Bristol station this morning and sat for an hour and a half. I caught the last 30 minutes. His defense seemed to be that the bill held the Beast at 2008 funding levels. I do not know if that is even true. If it is, Big Whoop. Every call he took, in the time I listened, took him to the wood shed.

It may well cost him his seat in the long run. The further east you go in Tennessee the more Conservative and that district is the most Conservative in the state. For Chuck, Roe, and one more I can't remember which one I wonder what Boehner and maybe ones like Rove promised them?

Boner probably dangled committee assignments and Rove will have his back in any primary challenge. If there is a challenger to Boner and Roe gets on the wrong side of that, he will definitely be vulnerable.
