Well I’m glad that some other poster posted a source, we still aren’t 100% sure of what the actual facts are, but I had already helped you out in post 20.

No, I asked you for a source in post 19, and then made post 20 to support you, since I saw that some sources do claim that they passed CCL laws rather than the just the right to carry a rifle for self defense, as other sources report.
Anyway, between me and the other poster, we covered it for you.
