Close contest. Damn close. But I'll still have to give the edge to Spanier given what he did to hinder the investigation of the Sandusky scandal, have it all blamed on Joe Paterno and construct the gay friendly atmosphere at Penn State.

Spanier should be sharing a cell with Sandusky whereas Barron is just garden variety stupid.

But when the protest neared its conclusion, they were joined by university President Eric Barron, who held up his hands in the “don’t shoot” pose has become a gesture of solidarity with the movement.

Who is Eric Barron trying to impress? This is the time of year when Penn State volunteer students give me a call for donations.

Bad timing, Mr. Barron. You are welcome to make up the difference in donations lost because of your inability to read and digest actual facts, and serve as a real leader.
