Not at all - that comparison is itself slander. There is FAR more actual evidence Clinton is guilty, AND that he used the power of the Governorship and Presidency to cover up and attack his victims. The two cases are night and day.

What's been done to Cosby is disgraceful, and purely political as a warning to any other Blacks who are thinking about leaving the Rat Plantation. They smeared him right when they gave amnesty to the illegal Mexicans, pissing off the Blacks and making them question the loyalty of the Party. This whole thing was carefully calculated by some very nasty people who relied on the nastiness of Rats and RINOs to pull it off with shameless cruelty and hypocrisy - and once again, the insects delivered.
