1-furtherance of our human-rights TREATY OBLIGATIONS
2-the reduction of the use of solitary confinement
3-reduction in the sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine.
So 2 and 3 are human right obligations according to a treaty? Is this an international treaty that has nothing to do with our constitution and laws in this country? They have signed us up to internatonal law to overide our own, anyone comfortable with this or her?
