The two of you are so correct. I truly believe that if not for the politicization of race by leftist politicians the black community as a whole would be markedly better off now and that there wouldn’t be the socioeconomic disparities we see now. I also think that the whole issue of race would have faded much more by now if not used as a cynical political tool.
It’s harder to be at your best and to achieve at your highest level when the message you keep hearing (from youth on) is that the system is stacked against you and that you can’t make it without outside help. It’s tragically destructive politics.
That’s funny coming from the party of the Black & Hispanic Caucus...

Al Franken was first elected a United States Senator by a margin which, had felons been eliminated from the electoral roll, he would have lost. If Franken had lost Obamacare would not have passed.

Politics has utterly failed black America, because the truth is, they do not need political change. What they need is spiritual change, to have a spiritual leader who can put them on the path of individual morality.
What is destroying black America is simply sex outside of marriage. It’s effect on them is close to self-genocidal. So unless black Americans can abstain until they are married, and stay married long enough to raise their children, in a few generations, their numbers could be halved.
Among the derivatives that come from sex outside of marriage:
1) Long term birth control, taking six month blocks of time from the optimal years for having and raising children.
2) A horrifically high abortion rate. Since 1973, the native (to distinguish from immigrant) black population is 25% smaller than it would have been without abortion.
3) Children raised in single parent families are 60% more likely to become criminal offenders. The black illegitimacy rate is now about 72% of all births.
“Nearly one in three African American males aged 20–29 are under some form of criminal justice supervision whether imprisoned, jailed, on parole or probation.”
Here in Utah this carney liar should talk to Congressperson, Mia Love.
