Where’s the second-party?

____________________________________________________________

You’ve got to be kidding. You are NOT that politically ignorant. But, just in case you are, let me help you out:

There are two (2) Major Political Parties in the U.S., Republican and Democrat. All other “fringe” parties are called “Third Parties”. So, if a Pubbie says: “I’m voting for a Third Party candidate, that means he is not voting Republican but he WILL NOT vote for the Democrat; so he’s voting for an Independent or a Libertarian or a Green Party Candidate.........

I feel like I just wasted my time.

So to summarize - “true conservatives” must support getting as many ultra-liberals in office as possible to get as many liberal policies enacted as possible, with as many ultra-liberal judges on the bench for generations to keep these policies in place and implement by judicial fiat those that could not be passed. This is the only way to “save the country” ... “as bad as it has been with Obama, just imagine how bad it would be if Romney had won”, etc.

But Johnson County booted Moore out and were in favor of Todd Tiahrt, in the 2010 republican senatorial primary.

Moore wasn't booted out; he retired due to early onset Alzheimer's. The Dems tried running his wife but she was a candidate in name only. As for Tiahrt, Johnson county also went for Wolf.

You do know the tea parties began in Johnson County, Kansas when in February 2009 they were protesting Dennis Moore at his office, right?

No, I didn't. Neither did almost anyone else but you. Most people agree that the Tea Party began earlier than that and were protesting Obama's election long before February 2009.

I think Landrieu is ahead in the crowded field, but does hit the required 50%.

In a two candidate race, she loses.

Conservatives in Mississippi have a choice between two terrible options: 1) vote for a man who labeled them as racists, or 2) do nothing to stop Harry Reid from retaining the title of Senate Majority Leader. I can understand your quandry.

It is a stretch, however, to say Pat Roberts had anything to do with what happened in the Mississippi GOP primary.

I knew Judd was not a senator, and I had forgotten about Bachman before she even leaves office.
