Be interesting to see how he acts when he comes back. Maybe he should stay there until the outbreak is over.

From the article:
“You wouldnt know it from the mushrooming number of deaths and infections in West Africa, but Ebola is rather difficult to contract”
Yet, read and see all the precautions he has to take to keep from being infected.

Probably but not in the same way it infects people.
Its known to infect monkeys, pigs, birds, bats and people.

My dogs live in near quarantine conditions now. They never leave the yard without me and are seldom in contact with other dogs.
Nasty dog virus going around now.

He didn’t mention anything about prostitutes (male or female).

a bigger cart!
Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.
The purpose of the Bring Out Your Dead ping list (formerly the Ebola ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the Bring Out Your Dead threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...

Yes, it infects dogs. But it doesn’t make them sick, they become carriers that can infect other people

Does Eb0la infect dogs?Yes. Up to 38% of the dogs in other outbreak areas have tested seropositive for the virus, but remained asymptomatic.

Once the virus is on your fingers, it would be frighteningly easy to rub an eye and infect yourself. Naw, you don't have to rub your eye; the virus can enter through a tiny cut in the skin. I don't know about you, but I have many tiny cuts, caused by my cats.

Yes, it infects dogs. But it doesnt make them sick, they become carriers that can infect other people I am not certain how a dog could be infectious if it doesn't have symptoms. I'll have to read the scientific literature on the subject and see if that has been addressed.

Works with dogs same way as bats. They carry the virus and can pass it along.
BTW, it appears most mammals can get the virus

Works with dogs same way as bats. They carry the virus and can pass it along. Many ways people are getting infected in these countries is because they eat bats. Not to fear, since Obama said the chance of getting it is very low. So if you had an infected dog, the only way you could catch it is to eat it. So, I guess Obama is safe.... oh, wait a minute.
