the 20 thugs that assaulted Ralph Weems in Mississippi were ‘unarmed.’ Mr. Weems now has permanent brain damage from an ‘unarmed’ assault. The tourist couple in Atlanta were also attacked by ‘unarmed’ individuals, as was the couple in St. Louis outside a nightclub.
