BTW, I went to the Washington Times article, there is no link to the IRS internal auditor report.
Not sure if this piece is the response to a new report to ‘clear’ the IRS about non-targeting (can you say cya?). Anyway a link should have been included, even if the report was issued some time ago.

I’ve checked several recent articles and none of them link the report.
Just checked Levin’s website and the report links listed don’t work. I’ll keep checking.
