“He does not look healthy unless he is on the golf course.”
Healthy or HAPPY! He is as anxious for the end of his tenure as the rest of the country is. He is marking each day off of his calendar and is dreaming of the days ahead when he will be playing golf 24/7 with no more pesky responsibilities.
Hussein has a foreign policy.
It’s “anything to hurt America”
Same as his domestic policy.
Why would we want the few remaining good ones to resign?
This is correct.
The video makes a point about Assad that many Freeper won’t accept. Assad managed to convince them he was a defender of Christianity while at the same time collaborating with ISIS by being passive as they fought the main armed opposition made up of former Syrian army officers. Just as al Assad allowed and helped get al Qaeda into Iraq to kill Americans, he worked tacitly at least, to allow ISIS to kill his opponents. His agenda is not the defense of Christianity. That’s absurd. He’s no more a Christian than Putin or Obama.
hard to believe anyone’s left that doesn’t curl up in obama’s colon in the high ranks. thought he purged out all the constitutional soldiers.
And that’s the ones who are left after the purge of those with right-leaning tendencies...
You will know that America has become a full blown banana republic when it starts having military coups.
Should read that military officials at apoplectic over Obama’s jihad against them.
Under Obama the US “military”, like the US DH”S”
and DO”J”, are more likely to KILL AMERICANS
than even defend themselves from Obama’s partner, Hasan.
I think that my view of Obama is exactly what God expects.
I am reminded of a poster I once saw that shows a sinking ship and is captioned something about being put on this earth as a warning to others.
The military operates under the authority of our civilian government. Period.
If the worthless Congress would impeach, try & convict Obama as the Constitution provides for, then Senate would remove him from office. If they need more firepower to do so then the military would gladly deal with him.
(Who would be appointed to arrest a convicted president? The Sergeant at Arms of the Senate?)
Conviction, just removes an impeached official from holding the office. Criminal charges are a separate matter so there is no need to take into custody the impeached and removed person --they no longer hold the power of the office.
I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I agree that we need as many of the remaining decent military leaders as possible to stay on the job. On the other hand, imagine what a powerful message it would send if the Joint Chiefs of Staff called a press conference and announced their resignations in protest over Obama's incompetent leadership. This would be far too big for the media to gloss over, and impossible for the White House spin machine to dismiss.
I wonder if these are the same officials who are throwing gay weddings at West Point and allowing afros as acceptable hair styles?
Yes, what you say is true.
Here’s the bigger problem:
A lot of people (some say a majority—true in 2008, not sure about 2012) voted for Obama, not once, but TWICE.
The Senate is run by the democrats, and will not change unless enough Americans vote them out. Will that happen in November? They have a chance to prove their intelligence and care about the country. Will they take it? The US Military eagerly awaits the outcome.
The US Military is ultimately working for the American people. If a majority of the American people are so stupid and selfish to elect Obama, then the US Military is supposed to salute and follow orders. The American people speak through their collective vote and soldiers/sailors/airmen/marines obey.
The whole thing is ugly and sucks big time, but the people voted him in. There’s the REAL problem.
