Like all the partisan media shills, he was on the sidelines cheerleading, and using exactly the same talking points as the rest, perhaps right down to the term "tea-bagger" or "right-wing" or (let's not forget) "racist". All this dramatic talk is an alibi for that, and an apparent truce which will be forgotten once Republicans are elected into power.
Also note that his troubles are attributed in the above excerpt to the Bush administration? And here it’s attributed to that damned Citizens United-dumping right wing Supreme Court. Not a peep about Holder or Obama.
