It all goes right back to the Clintons and their “shadow govt” they left in place when they left the WH in 2001 to create havoc and prepare the way for Hillary’s return in hopefully 2004.
The Clintons had a plan they called their “20 year plan”.
B Clinton president for 8 years, 4 years of a republican president, 8 years Hillary president.
For their 20 year plan to work not only did the Clintons have to make sure Gore didn’t get elected (Bush stole the election was created by the Clintons), they had to come up with a plan to bring down a sitting president ( Hillary holding up a paper after 9/11 BUSH KNEW).
Talking points before the 9/11 attack and the spin after the attack matches the Clintons 20 year plan, what a coincidence.

HOT SPRINGS — Former President Bill Clinton returned to his home state on Saturday to stump for his former Federal Emergency Management Agency head’s congressional bid, praising James Lee Witt as someone who could go to Washington with bipartisan respect from his work responding to natural disasters.
Clinton headlined a fundraiser for Witt, the only Democrat running for the 4th Congressional District covering southern and western Arkansas. U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton, a Republican who currently holds the seat, is challenging Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor this fall.

Blanco is probably nothing more than an ignorant dupe not having the slightest clue what Hillary was up to using Katrina to orchestrate and gin up civil unrest and create mass panic..
Being your typical democrat dumbass and party hack she was all too willing to comply and try and blame Bush for inaction with Katrina and help dems in 2006 and Hillary in 2008.
Because of what the dems had done with Katrina to create mass panic, when hurricane Rite hit just a few weeks later there was mass panic as millions on the Gulf coast tried to flee ahead of the storm. Several people died because of the mas panic created by the dems.
In October, the 5TH IIRC, 2005 NYC Mayor Bloomberg came out and announced there was a terrorist attack planned for NYC.
Someone had leaked classified info to Bloomberg about the threat of an attack. There was only a few people that knew about the threat of a terrorist attack on NYC and apparently Hillary, being a NY Senator, was one.
That terrorist threat wasn’t a threat from OBL, OBL didn’t know about it, that was a threat from Zarqawi(SP?) out of Iraq.
Bush had asked Bloomberg not to say anything about the planned terrorist attack, probably fearing mass panic like happened with hurricane Rita, but he did it anyway.
Orchestrate civil unrest followed with terrorist attack, same as Benghazi, same as all previous terrorist attacks, and same as the Weather Underground playbook.
In January 2006 the ACLU with the help of Al Jazeera and OBL putting out a tape, tried to concoct a version of the “spontaneous” lie that the terrorist are so in tune with the news the terrorist will simply pick up on news stories and spontaneously plan an attack around the news story.
We’ve been told the 1st WTC bombing was a spontaneous response to Bush sending troops into Somalia.
In January of 2006 the ACLU tries to concoct a version of the spontaneous lie for terrorist attacks.
We were told Benghazi was spontaneous.
We were also told the Boston bombing only had 2 days preparation then there was a spontaneous plan to attack NYC.
The Clintons and their lefty friends have been hell bent on pushing the “spontaneous” lie for over 20 years.
