Once the mistake was made — sending the passengers to the wrong platform — the best move is to send the train down the line on schedule. There are more passengers at more stations along the way.

Amcrap at Penn is such a mess even on a good day. And you’d better have your e-ticket printed to their standards or they won’t let you down the escalator to the track.
