I agree. The interviewer asks the questions that allow the person to answer. Just because you ask it doesn’t mean you believe it. Counter this with the interviews Obama gets.

I believe this is the interview (video)
here. If this is it - and I only watched the first half, she appears to be doing 2 things:
- Laying out the tough questions that she must ask as a journalist, even if she doesn't agree that the questions should have to be asked in the first place and ...
- Simply laying out the question, and then almost nodding as he answers. In other words, I don't think she's attacking.
... or not. But that that's what I was picking up. "Here is what people are saying" ... and then she gave him the floor, with lots of time to refute. And he did that convincingly for anyone who is rational.
