In the NLRB decision, I believe, two of the Justices offered an opinion that if Congress did not vociferously object, undefined by the Justices, it becomes Constitutional. Impeachment is one form of vociferous objection.

Note that impeaching somobody out of office is basically a two-step process under the Constitution. More specifically, it’s up to the Senate to kick somebody impeached by the House of Representatives out of office.
But the problem is that Reid, who also needs to be impeached imo, is not going to kick Obama out of office. In fact, patriots and former Obama supporters need to make sure that 2/3 of post-election 2014 Senate members are willing to kick Obama out of office if the House impeaches him.
There is always a third option.
Revolution.
And a fourth option.
Emigration.

Is he begging, or daring anyone to impeach him. What I want to know is why the law hasn’t been amended about biometrics and fingerprints. Idiots reside in D.C. Congress wrote the law, they can rewrite it.
Republicans tried running out the clock during Obama’s first term, being real sweet and gentle so as not to make waves and win the election. They lost anyway. Their main concern was stopping the Tea Party, and they were not sweet and gentle. Now, tremble-chin Republicans like Boehner want to employ the same winning strategy while Obama dismantles the country in broad daylight, taunting them, making them believe they are damned if they do and damned if they don’t. But, to quote a lyric from “Refugee” (loosely) “what seems real to you is (only) one of those thing you have to feel to be true.” Republicans need to overcome their terror of the media; Reagan did and he did not have technology we have today.
Obama probably is begging to be impeached. At this point it’s about the only thing that can salvage his approval ratings, and put him back in good standing with all his leftist sycophants. He needs to be tried and convicted for treason, and throw Biden in for good measure.
Baraq is begging to be impeached because he knows Holder’s people will burn the cities down (after they loot them), and that will give Baraq an excuse to declare his beloved Martial Law. His only objective is to destroy the country. Moochie and Mama Robinson don’t want to give up the perks though.
He is using the free pass the press and much of the elctorate has given him (you decide why) to establish legal precedent for the true evil to come.
