For starters, all car’s gas tanks need to be limited to ten gallons, and the ignition switches need to be “personalized” so that the owner is the only one who can start the car. Finally, the tires must have the car’s license number etched into the tread so that we will know which car ran over someone. There, problem solved!!

Uhh, wouldn't it help if you actually described what they look like.....But then again the lack of description tells me everything I need to know.
