Perhaps the funniest Sr HS prank was putting an old outhouse on top of the rear of the high school with the name of the asst principal - 'office of Mr .....' The asst principal got a good laugh out of it, but had to show some indignation so as not to encourage such behavior.

Oh, so the “Minders” are called the community relations service team?
They should have named them the “thought police” or better yet...the “mind doctors.”

Mr. Remmich should refuse to participate in any discussion/investigation of his parade float. Holder and the NAACP can't intimidate you if you don't give them an audience. Let Holder press charges and then Remmich can counter-sue.
