Yeah, by the looks of the welfare rolls very few.
From personal experience, in the rural areas of Mississippi (the Delta) and Alabama (the Black Belt), quite a few.
Maybe because (90-95%) of afroAmericans are so easily led?

They’re stupid (average IQ of 80), tend to be easily led by others , and accustomed to committing election fraud or fraud in general ,, whatever will get them that government handout... The fact that this amounted to “screwing with the evil tea party candidate” was the icing on the cake ...
I don’t believe the $15/vote price either ... it probably was at least $20-$25 and the person that reported the vote buying conveniently left their “skim” out.
