Put a GPS tracker on the ballots from the runoff election and I’ll bet it will lead you to Lois Lerner’s hard drive!

The photos of the Tweets as they appeared real time on the electronic device is not an ‘interpretation’.

Did Cochran show up for a victory party? When was his last public appearance?

This and Sheriff Arpaio’s Posse are going nowhere soon. The big question is which one will get there first.

Now unless McDaniel is the one appointed to fill Cochrans unexpired term [almost zero
chance that will happen] whoever is appointed will not be able to run in November. The
Republican candidate would be McDaniel.
**************
I'd like to see the MS Code that explains that situation. I've looked but can't
find anything as to how or who is placed on the ballot for the Nov. general election.

Unsure.
But he has been AWOL from his own race. He is just a prop.

Just checked Drudge and Fox News: there's
not a word about Mississippi. When even somewhat friendly news outlets are blacked out, it appears that the GOPe/'Rat fix may be in.
Bastards.

REPORT from credible source: Cochran is planning to resign if a special election is called.. Yesterday, I questioned whether the person tweeting this in haste meant to say "concede" rather than "resign."
In the context of the primary, conceding makes more sense. Resigning and sending in a lame-duck seat-warmer over the summer who can't run in November makes no sense.

And it has been verified and is verifiable that Saleen O Baird is a congressional staffer of Cochran.

Once again, I think the bottom line is that the GOP-e fight hardest and dirtiest against Conservatives, and then suddenly and amazingly go flaccid in their opposition to the Democrat in any General election. The GOP-e show themselves as being a covert part of the Democrat party, whose job it is to ensure that real conservatives are not elected.

Resign makes more sense because there is criminal evidence that one of Cochran’s congressional staffers prepared the ‘walkin around money’ to buy the votes which is a crime. There is very credible evidence to this and there is no way Cochran can escape it even if he claims he never knew about it. He can be kicked out of Congress and lose his pension.
Reigning is a way for him to minimize his losses.

This whole debacle shows how desperate the GOPe is to prevent the Cruz-Lee caucus from receiving any new members...

Lie with dogs, wake up with fleas..All those years in Senate & to go down like this? what a disgrace..& he probably has no idea what’s going on. Hopefully this brings down the Barbours too, POS!

OK. Resigning implies conceding the primary, too. If it happens before the primary is resolved, then that leaves McDaniel as the top vote-getter still standing.
If Cochran resigns AFTER the primary is certified, if this is for political reasons there will be no Republican candidate on the ballot. If it is for health reasons, then the state GOP can select a new candidate.

I remember being shocked when republicans in the senate voted not to convict Clinton after his impeachment. And I was mystified when republicans refused to contest Obamas eligibility fraud. I now understand how all of this has been allowed to happen. I think the GOP-e have entered into a Devil's Bargain with the Dems: "We won't really oppose you, and you don't have the media investigate our kickbacks, taking bribes from lobbyists, mistresses, and taking advantage of interns".

Good find. This is not an interpretation of anything, these are cold hard facts.
Here’s my interpretation: The GOPe panicked in the weeks leading up to the runoff and called on their erstwhile operative in Haley Barbour to ‘fix’ the problem. Sloppiness ensued so much so that there is incontrovertible evidence in so many pathways of fraud leading to the Barbours, the Cochrans and their operatives in MS.
Here’s my prognosis: Fact is that McConnell directed $800,000+ to Cochran for support in the runoff. If criminal charges are filed, McConnell can be implicated regardless of what he says his involvement role was.
