$2400. is a danged sight less than $13000. but even $2400 is a monthly amount that would have been the monthly gross income of someone with a very fine lifestyle not that long ago. In fact I never had an income anywhere close to that before 1982 when I started a business of my own.

Thanks for clarifying things - with all those variables, then $13,000/month is believable.

Regarding my insurance, it is a private/not employer provided plan.

I was hit because last Sept. the plan I previously had with Blue Cross was canceled because it didn’t comply with the Obamacare mandates.

I secured a replacement plan before King Zero decreed that we could keep the plans we had even if they didn’t comply with O-care. Really big of him to “allow” us to keep the plan we had that we liked, only it was about six months too late for most people like me who had already gotten another plan.
