Coming from a guy that has screamed liar for about a week every time someone wouldn’t bow and scrape, told a man who fought personally against a lib to “STFU” and then cried the blues with a fake apology that lasted all of 3 posts, I’d say personal stuff is the core issue here.

And mark my words, this apology will be forgotten the next time the subject comes up and he returns to form. So I bookmarked it and will be posting it the next time, and every time thereafter asking Rooster if he was lying about how ‘sorry’ he really was.
Sometimes, in spirited debate, people say things they don't mean. Most people are big enough to go back and try to make amends. But not everyone.
Some people are so self-righteous, they won't even accept a heartfelt apology, much less make one.

You seem to think you are entitled to an acecpted apology just as you think that Romney was entitled, like the GOP to my vote.
