Does this rule mean that a church daycare that takes SNAP/healthy snack funds has to be willing to hire a transgendered whatever?
Does a food bank receiving federal funds or surplus food have to hire an LBGTA in order to remain on the contract? After all, this rule seems to give preference to those who meet diversity quotas if not require it.
If a religious school refuse to tolerate a gay teacher as a violation of the code of conduct, are they no longer allowed to receive state and/or federal funds for disabled children they teach?
